Our story
The story behind Lippy Robotics Labs
Lippy Robotics Labs began at home, not in a corporate office.
I'm Patrick Lippy. I'm not a professional programmer. I started building with AI, robotics and spare hardware because the technology I wanted to experience was often simply too expensive for our family.
My first major project began with an inexpensive robot kit and a repurposed Samsung phone. With help from AI collaborators, an experiment slowly became something real — something my wife, my son and I could actually use, test and care about.
That experience shaped Lippy Robotics Labs.
The goal is simple: build technology that feels thoughtful, useful and accessible without treating people like wallets.
Rollabop grew from that same philosophy.
It's a game designed to be beautiful and satisfying, but also fair. No surprise ads. No artificial frustration designed to force a purchase. Players should be able to enjoy and complete the game without spending money, while those who want to support its development can choose to do so.
Lippy Robotics Labs is still small. Rollabop is being built and tested with my family, one level at a time.
And that's exactly how I want it.
